What are your working office hours?
We are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during workdays to answer your emails and messages. Any order edits must be requested on the same day the order was placed and before 4:30 PM.
What is your exchange policy?
Returns are only accepted on the spot during delivery. Exchanges are available only in cases of defective items.

Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?
We accept Cash Upon Delivery (COD).

What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?
Within Egypt:
Cairo: 65 EGP
Alexandria: 75 EGP
Delta and Canal areas: 90 EGP
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Egypt.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days inside Egypt.
