Order Check & On-Spot Refund

You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the entire order on the spot with the courier and request a refund.

Please Note:

• Refunds are only accepted upon delivery and only for full orders.

• In case of a return, shipping fees will be added to your account and must be paid with your next purchase.

Order Cancellation & Editing

You may cancel or edit your order within 5 hours of placing it.
After this window, orders are processed and can no longer be modified.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
