At RAAN, we carefully wrap every order with care before shipping it.
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
Please note that during restocks or new product launches, delivery may take slightly longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding
Refund & Exchange
For satin scarves, you have the right to inspect your order upon delivery. If youβre not satisfied, you can return the entire order on the spot with the courier and request a refund.
Refunds are only accepted at the time of delivery and only for full orders. If you choose to return your order, shipping fees will be added to your account and paid with your next purchase.
You may cancel or edit your order within 5 hours of placing it. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
